With its research and development department, Deteks Moda renders boundless services based on its own fashion criteria through a network reaching all around the world.

Besides, in order to keep up with rapidly changing trends in the fashion today, our design department comes up with brand new designs every month, and these designs are materialized by our dynamic modelshop to be put in our showroom.

There are 15000 units of product in our showroom which is 400 m2, and in every season, 4 different collections are displayed there.

In 1100 m2 area
Fabric control machines,
Automatic cloth spreading machines,
Automatic robot cutter machine,
Automatic drawing programs and plotters,
Physical test machines, etc;

They are cut according to pattern tests that is carried out, After being cut, classification and then labeling procedures are done and they are made ready for sewing.

In 1400 m2 area Thanks to newest machines of the technology and its expert team, quality control and iron-packing procedures of all kinds of model can be done ideally.

In our department;
30 units full automatic Iron machine,
25 units Quality control table,
1 unit Blow up Balloon iron machine,
2 units Stain removing machine,
8 units buttonhole-button machine,
6 units snap fattener-rivet machine are available.

In 500 m2 area Thanks to newest model and pattern preparation programs and machines of the technology and its expert team, it is able to prepare all kind of models.
In our pattern shop department;
8 units model-pattern preparation program-terminal,
Automatic drawing programs and plotters,
40 units sewing machine,
1 Model cutting table, 4 units Model ironing table are available.

In 1100 m2 area Thanks to newest machines of the technology and its expert team, all kinds of models are able to be sewed ideally. 40 units of our 130 units machine raceway are used for collection and model section procedures and 90 units are used for serial manufacture.
