    1. \u0130stihdam: G\u00fcndelik olarak veya belirli s\u00fcre ile \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmak isteyen i\u015f g\u00f6ren i\u015fverene ba\u015fvuruda bulunur. \u0130\u015fe ba\u015fvurusu de\u011ferlendirildikten sonra \u00f6zl\u00fck dosyas\u0131 evraklar\u0131 haz\u0131rlan\u0131r. Belirli s\u00fcreli i\u015f s\u00f6zle\u015fmesi yap\u0131l\u0131r g\u00fcnl\u00fck Sigortas\u0131 yap\u0131l\u0131r oryantasyon e\u011fitimi ve \u0130SG e\u011fitimi verilir ve i\u015fe ba\u015flat\u0131l\u0131r.<\/li>\n
