Kadrolar Y\u00f6netim Kurulu onay\u0131 ile y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011fe girer. Y\u00f6netimin ihtiya\u00e7 g\u00f6stermesi ile yeni kadrolar a\u00e7\u0131l\u0131r. Kadrolar, Y\u00f6netim Kurulu taraf\u0131ndan takip edilir.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Personel Al\u0131m\u0131<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Kurulu\u015fumuzda i\u015fe eleman al\u0131m\u0131 a\u015fa\u011f\u0131daki \u015fartlardan en az birinin ger\u00e7ekle\u015fmesi durumunda olur:<\/p>\n<p>Kapasite art\u0131r\u0131m\u0131, yeni bir departman olu\u015fturma veya geni\u015fletme,<\/p>\n<p>Personelin i\u015ften \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f\u0131 veya \u00e7\u0131kart\u0131lmas\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Kapasite art\u0131r\u0131m\u0131, yeni bir departman olu\u015fturma veya geni\u015fletme halinde i\u015fletme y\u00f6netimi taraf\u0131ndan belirlenen kapasiteye ula\u015fabilmesi i\u00e7in ilgili b\u00f6l\u00fcmler ihtiya\u00e7 duyacaklar\u0131 personel \u00f6zellikleri ve say\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 Y\u00f6netim Kuruluna bildirir.<\/p>\n<p>Y\u00f6netim Kurulu, talep edilen kadronun uygun olup olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 kontrol eder.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u0130\u015fe Alma Yetkisi<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Kurulu\u015fumuzun idari personel al\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 \u0130nsan Kaynaklar\u0131 M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc, imalat personeli al\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 ise \u0130malat M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc yapar.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130\u015f ba\u015fvurular\u0131 idari personel i\u00e7in kariyer.net \u00fczerinden verilen ilanla, imalat personeli i\u00e7in ise bez afi\u015f ya da tan\u0131d\u0131k referanslar\u0131 ile yap\u0131l\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Adaylar i\u015f ba\u015fvurusunda ilk g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmeyi \u0130nsan Kaynaklar\u0131 M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc ile yapar. Adaylar \u0130\u015f \u0130stek Formu\u2019nu doldurur. \u0130\u015f \u0130stek Formu d\u0131\u015far\u0131ya verilmez. Personelin \u015fahs\u0131n\u0131n veya hizmetinin \u00f6zel ko\u015fullar\u0131 varsa bunlar hizmet akdine \u00f6zel \u015fartlar olarak yaz\u0131l\u0131p eklenir.<\/li>\n<li>\u0130\u015fe al\u0131nmas\u0131na karar verilen personel bu y\u00f6ndeki karar\u0131n tebli\u011finden itibaren 3 g\u00fcn i\u00e7erisinde g\u00f6reve ba\u015flamak zorundad\u0131r. \u0130\u015f S\u00f6zle\u015fmesi yap\u0131lan her personel bu y\u00f6netmelik h\u00fck\u00fcmlerini aynen kabul eder. G\u00f6reve ba\u015flamay\u0131 kabul eden personele \u2018\u0130\u015f S\u00f6zle\u015fmesi\u2019 imzalat\u0131l\u0131r. \u0130mzalat\u0131lan s\u00f6zle\u015fme personel \u00f6zl\u00fck dosyas\u0131nda sakl\u0131 tutulmak \u00fczere Personel Sorumlusu taraf\u0131ndan tutulur.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Deneme S\u00fcresi<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u0130lk kez i\u015fe al\u0131nan personelin i\u015fe ba\u015flad\u0131ktan sonraki iki ayl\u0131k \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 deneme d\u00f6nemidir. Mesai saatleri ise 08:00-18:30 saatleri aras\u0131ndad\u0131r. Her personel sabah mesai ba\u015flarken ve ak\u015fam mesai bitiminde parmak tan\u0131ma makinesine parma\u011f\u0131n\u0131 okutmak zorundad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00c7al\u0131\u015fma Esaslar\u0131<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00c7al\u0131\u015fanlar i\u00e7in dinlenme s\u00fcreleri zillerle belirlenmi\u015ftir. Personel, Y\u00f6netimin istemesi halinde i\u015fin gere\u011fi olarak normal \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma s\u00fcresi d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda, Y\u00f6netim taraf\u0131ndan d\u00fczenlenecek ve yasal ko\u015fullar \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde ve \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan\u0131n yaz\u0131l\u0131 r\u0131zas\u0131 al\u0131nmak suretiyle, fazla \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmaya pe\u015finen muvafakat etmi\u015f say\u0131l\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Gen\u00e7 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlara asla fazla \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma yapt\u0131r\u0131lmaz.<\/p>\n<p>Fazla \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma hafta i\u00e7i ve cumartesi %50, Pazar ve resmi tatil g\u00fcnlerinde %100 zam \u00f6denir.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00dccret<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>G\u00f6reve ba\u015flayan personel, i\u015fe ba\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131 tarihten itibaren \u00fccrete hak kazan\u0131r. \u00dccret; saatlik, g\u00fcnl\u00fck veya ayl\u0131k maktu \u015feklinde uygulanabilecektir.<\/p>\n<p>Ay i\u00e7erisinde i\u015fe ba\u015flama veya i\u015ften ayr\u0131lma hallerinde \u00fccret \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131lan s\u00fcreye orant\u0131l\u0131 ve i\u015flemi\u015f olarak \u00f6denir.<\/p>\n<p>\u00dccret, zorunlu nedenler d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda her ay\u0131 takip eden ay\u0131n 10. g\u00fcn\u00fc \u00f6denir.<\/p>\n<p>Fazla \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ya da avans \u00fccretleri her ay\u0131 takip eden ay\u0131n 20. g\u00fcn\u00fc \u00f6denir.<\/p>\n<p>Personele \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma s\u00fcrelerine g\u00f6re g\u00fcnde bir \u00f6\u011f\u00fcn \u00fccretsiz yemek verilir.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130\u015fe geli\u015f gidi\u015f i\u015fveren taraf\u0131ndan temin edilen servis ara\u00e7lar\u0131yla sa\u011flan\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u0130zin H\u00fck\u00fcmleri<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Y\u0131ll\u0131k \u00dccretli \u0130zin<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Y\u0131ll\u0131k izin personelin fiilen bir y\u0131ll\u0131k \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma d\u00f6nemi sonunda hak kazand\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00fccretli dinlenme s\u00fcresidir. Bu izin personele 4857 say\u0131l\u0131 \u0130\u015f Kanununun 53. maddesi uyar\u0131nca verilir.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Hizmet s\u00fcrelerinin toplam\u0131:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1 y\u0131ldan 5 y\u0131la kadar (5 y\u0131l d\u00e2hil) olanlara y\u0131lda en az 14 g\u00fcn,<\/p>\n<p>5 y\u0131ldan fazla 15 y\u0131ldan az olanlara y\u0131lda en az 20 g\u00fcn,<\/p>\n<p>15 y\u0131l (d\u00e2hil) ve daha fazla olanlara y\u0131lda en az 26 g\u00fcn y\u0131ll\u0131k \u00fccretli izin verilir.<\/p>\n<p>Gen\u00e7 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlarda bu s\u00fcre 20 g\u00fcnden az olmayacak \u015fekilde d\u00fczenlenmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p>Y\u0131ll\u0131k \u00fccretli izin g\u00fcnlerinin hesab\u0131nda izin s\u00fcresine rastlayan ulusal bayram, hafta tatili ve genel tatil g\u00fcnleri izin s\u00fcresinden say\u0131lmaz.<\/p>\n<p>Y\u0131ll\u0131k izinler, birim y\u00f6neticilerinin uygun g\u00f6rd\u00fckleri zamanlarda kulland\u0131r\u0131l\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Y\u0131ll\u0131k izine hak kazanan personel, iznini hangi tarihlerde ve nerede ge\u00e7irece\u011fini g\u00f6steren bir dilek\u00e7e doldurur ve iznine ancak bu \u015fekilde ba\u015flayabilir.<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>\u00a0<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><u>\u00a0<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Mazeret \u0130zni<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Birim amiri taraf\u0131ndan mazereti ge\u00e7erli g\u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fc takdirde personele \u00fccretsiz mazeret izni verilebilir.
