Şirketimiz politika olarak uluslararası anlaşmalara, Birleşmiş Milletler Küresel ilkeler Sözleşmesine, 4857 sayılı İş Kanun 71. maddesine uygun olarak çocuk işçi çalıştırmaz. Çocuk iş gücü kullanımının onların fiziksel ve ruhsal sağlığına zarar verdiğini ve yine onların eğitim hakkını elinden almak olduğunu bilir.16 yaşından küçükler hiçbir suretle çalıştırılmaz. Çocuk işçi çalıştıran işletmelerle anlaşma yapılmaz.

 

Prosedür

İşyeri güvenliği/ danışma, işyerine gelen kişilerden kimliklerini ibraz etmesini talep eder. Güvenlik görevlisi/danışma kimliklerden yaş kontrolünü yapar. Yetkililer yasal çalışma yaşının altında ki çocukların hiçbir şekilde içeri girmelerine, misafir dahi olmalarına izin verilmez. Gelen kişi;

  • Özel ziyaretçi ise;

Kiminle görüşmek istediği tespit edilir. Görüşeceği kişinin pozisyonuna göre kendisine veya amirine bilgi verir. Amir veya çalışanın onayı ile görüşme için ayrılmış bölümde görüşülmesi sağlanır.

  • İş başvurusu için gelmişse;

Öncelikle yaş kontrolü yukarıda belirtildiği şekilde yapılır. Güvenlik/danışma kimliği olmayan kişiyi içeri almaz. Personel sorumlusu kimliğinde fotoğrafı olmayan veya kimliğinin aslı olmayan kişiye iş başvuru formu doldurtmaz ve görüşme yapmaz. Personel sorumlusu olmadığı zamanda bu kontrolü işveren vekili yapar. Yaşı uygun ise yaş kontrolü yapılmıştır kaşesi basarak onaylar. Yaşı uygun olan kişiye iş başvuru formu doldurtulur, onaylı kimlik fotokopisi işe başvuru formuna eklenir.

 

İyileştirme Prosedürü

Çocuk işçi politika- prosedürünün uygun davranılmadığının tespiti halinde;

  • Aksaklığın hangi bölümden kaynaklandığı tespit edilir. Personellere gerekli uyarı yapılır.
  • Personeli bilinçlendirmeye yönelik eğitim düzenlenir.

Tespit edilen çocuk işçinin çalışması anında sonlandırılır. Çocuk işçiye ait eğitim masrafları firma tarafından karşılanır.

  • Çocuk işçiliği önleme prosedürü

    sea shell and gave it to my 4 year old daughter and
    said “You can hear the ocean if you put this to your ear.” She placed
    the shell to her ear and screamed. There was a hermit crab inside and it pinched her ear.
